First steps

1. Initial analysis

We are going to start our journey by listening your idea and by putting it on paper.

This analysis consists in

1. Branding details (What are your idea, vision, mission, and more)
2. Competitor analysis (strategy, key features, how to differentiate from them, and more)
3. Market analysis (dimension, opportunities, segmentation, and more)
4. Business model and validation metrics (how to get money? What can we consider a success?)
5. Product analysis (a complete project planning, quotation, delivery roadmap, and more)
6. Risks and opportunities
7. Success rank estimation (with various formulas)
8. Various other stuff (depending case by case)

2. Prototipation

We are going to develop a prototype.

Prototyping usually has 4 main purposes:

1. Since with new venture it's not really feasible to make a complete functional analysis based only on your experience about customers needs (because you're most probably exploring new oppotunities on new markets), it's a good idea to clarify in advance what we're going to develop before the develop phase will start.

2. Show to your potential initial investors (usually friends and family at pre-seed) what do you want to make, so they can evaluate whether or not they're convinced in investing money in your idea.

3. You can show it to your potential customer and gather the first feedbacks, so we can make some changes before passing to the next step (MVP develop)

4. Define a design

A prototype is usually made with Adobe XD, or some similar software.

3. MVP developing

After the final structure of the product is defined we can start making it.

Our team will start and in no more than 2 months and half the (digital) MVP will be available for the go to market phase.

What if you want a more complex MVP?

We're collaborating with several engineering offices and universities as well.
Moreover thanks to our network we can easily get in touch with many big companies if needed.

So, although we mainly focus on software, we can also make dedicated hardware.
